Ol Mesera Tented Camp

Situated just 6 km from the Ngorongoro
escarpment in Tanzania, the camp is an excellent
place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the
sorrounding scenery. At the same time it is the
starting place for your safaris in or outside the
many sorrounding parks.

Together with the Maasai community of Selela village, Barbara
Winani set up this tented camp in 2006. The camp has a double
mission; (1) it wants to share with its visitors the exceptional
beauty and peacefullness of its location in Ngorongoro, but at
the same time it wants to be part of the sustainable development
of the local community.

Ol Mesera is a small camp which gives personal service and all
the privacy you need. Its five well equipped tents face the Selela
valley, and from your verandah you can see wildlife pass by.

Ngorongoro is known for it's rich wild life and friendly climate.
